What is Lucky Weekend?

Lucky Weekend is a compounded sublingual tablet formulated for adult men 18 years of age or older for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It contains two PDE5 inhibitors (tadalafil and vardenafil HCl) and a nutritional/supportive agent (methylcobalamin, a form of Vitamin B12). It is placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve for rapid absorption.

Important note regarding combination PDE5 inhibitor formulations: Lucky Weekend contains two PDE5 inhibitors. The additive vasodilatory effects of combining PDE5 inhibitors may increase the risk of hypotension, dizziness, fainting, and cardiovascular events compared to single-agent use. The prescribing physician will independently evaluate whether this combination formulation is medically appropriate based on your individual health history, cardiovascular status, and current medications.

Ingredient Role
Tadalafil PDE5 inhibitor — supports erectile function by increasing blood flow; longer duration of action (up to 36 hours); allows for more spontaneous sexual activity
Vardenafil HCl PDE5 inhibitor — enhances erectile response; may work faster than tadalafil in some patients
Methylcobalamin Vitamin B12 derivative — nutritional/supportive agent; generally well-tolerated at standard doses

How to Take Lucky Weekend

  • Place one tablet under your tongue and allow it to dissolve completely. Do not chew, crush, or swallow the tablet whole.
  • Take approximately 15 to 30 minutes before planned sexual activity.
  • The medication requires sexual arousal to work. It will not cause an automatic erection.
  • Effects may last up to 36 hours due to the tadalafil component. Plan accordingly.
  • Do not take more than one dose in any 24-hour period.
  • Do not take within 24 hours of any other ED medication or any product containing sildenafil, tadalafil, or vardenafil.
  • You can take Lucky Weekend with or without food. Do not eat or drink anything while the tablet is dissolving under your tongue.
  • Avoid excessive alcohol consumption when using this medication.
  • Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture.

Who Should NOT Take Lucky Weekend

Do not take Lucky Weekend if any of the following apply to you. You must disclose all medications, supplements, and health conditions to your prescribing physician prior to treatment, including any cardiovascular conditions, use of nitrates or alpha-blockers, low blood pressure, recent cardiac events, history of priapism, or any other condition that may affect the safety of these medication classes.

ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATIONS — Do not take if:

You are taking nitrates in any form, including nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or recreational nitrates (poppers/amyl nitrite/butyl nitrite). Combining PDE5 inhibitors with nitrates can cause a dangerous and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure.

You are taking guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat (Adempas) or vericiguat (Verquvo) for pulmonary hypertension or heart failure.

You have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to tadalafil, vardenafil HCl, methylcobalamin, or any inactive ingredient in this formulation including cinnamon oil or vanillin.

Your physician has advised you that sexual activity is inadvisable due to cardiovascular risk.

USE WITH CAUTION — Tell your physician if:

  • You have cardiovascular disease, heart failure, recent heart attack, stroke, or unstable angina
  • You have low blood pressure (hypotension) or are taking antihypertensive medications
  • You have a history of priapism (prolonged erection) or conditions predisposing you to priapism
  • You have severe kidney or liver impairment
  • You have a retinal disorder, including retinitis pigmentosa
  • You have a history of hearing or vision loss
  • You are taking alpha-blockers for blood pressure or prostate conditions
  • You are taking antifungal medications (ketoconazole, itraconazole) or antibiotics (erythromycin, clarithromycin)
  • You are taking HIV protease inhibitors
  • You are taking any other prescription or over-the-counter medications, supplements, or herbal products

Inactive Ingredients (Excipients): Lucky Weekend contains the following inactive ingredients: Prosolv ODT G2, Mannitol USP, Magnesium Stearate NF, Silicon Dioxide, Bitter-Bloc Pure Powder, MagnaSweet 135 Powder, Cinnamon Oil, Vanillin NF Powder, Triple Mint Natural SD Powder Flavor Concentrate, Emerald Green Natural Food Color Powder. • Other PDE5 inhibitors — do not combine
  • Alcohol — increases hypotensive effects; avoid excessive consumption
