California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

What “Sale or Sharing” Means at LuckyRx

LuckyRx does not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. However, under California law, certain uses of cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and affiliate tracking technologies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even where no money is exchanged.

The categories of personal information that may be involved include:

Identifiers (such as IP address, cookie IDs, and online identifiers)
Internet and network activity (such as browsing behavior and interactions with our site)
Approximate geolocation information
Inferences drawn from the above

This data may be shared with advertising networks, analytics providers, and affiliate tracking platforms to support marketing measurement and behavioral advertising.

We do not sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

How to Opt Out

Option 1: Submit a request using the form below.

To process your request, we need your name and the email address associated with your LuckyRx account or your use of our site. We will not use this information for any other purpose.

Once submitted, we will process your opt-out request within 15 business days and send a confirmation to the email address you provide.

Option 2: Contact us directly.

You may also submit your opt-out request by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “California Opt-Out Request.” Please include your name and the email address associated with your account or use of our site.

Global Privacy Control

California law recognizes certain browser-based privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a method for submitting an opt-out request. LuckyRx does not currently have technology in place to automatically detect and process GPC signals. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, please use the form above or the email option below.

After You Opt Out

Once we process your request, we will stop sharing your personal information with third-party advertising and analytics networks. We may still use your information to provide services you have requested, communicate with you about your account or orders, and comply with legal obligations.

Your opt-out preference will remain in effect for at least 12 months. After that period, we may ask whether you wish to opt back in.

Opting out will not affect your ability to use luckyrx.com or access any services.

Your California Privacy Rights

California residents have the following additional rights under the CCPA, each at no charge:

Right to Know - Request information about the categories and sources of personal information collected, the business purposes for collecting or sharing it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Access - Request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Right to Correction - Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to Delete - Request deletion of certain personal information we have collected, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to Opt Out - Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for online behavioral advertising, as described above.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information - Request that we limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide our services.
Right to Non-Discrimination - You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of the above rights.

Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You also have the right to request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide our services. To submit this request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Limit Sensitive PI Request.”

Response Timing

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and process it within 45 days. If additional time is required, we will notify you.
